Whipped Mascarpone with Orange and Vanilla

Ingredients:
6 oz mascarpone cheese, chilled
1 cup (8 oz) heavy cream, cold
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4–1/2 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
Zest and juice of 2 oranges

Instructions:
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine mascarpone and heavy cream.
Add vanilla, powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice.
Beat on medium-high speed until mixture becomes very thick, smooth, and holds soft peaks, 2–3 minutes.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Tip: Don’t overwhip — stop as soon as it’s thick and fluffy to avoid a grainy texture.
