Ravioli Making

We’ll focus on the basics of dough & make ravioli with ricotta filling. Learning how to make these classics from scratch without any special equipment. Once we’ve made our noodles, we’ll sit down and enjoy them with two different sauces. Well also prepare a salad, focaccia, and have cake for dessert.  Come ready to cook, eat, and make new friends around the table. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy during class.
