Pasta 101

We’ll focus on the basics of dough & make fettuccini/linguini. Learning how to make these classics from scratch without any special equipment. Once we’ve made our noodles, we’ll sit down and enjoy them together two ways: tossed in a bright pesto and finished in a rich brown butter. Well also prepare a salad, focaccia, and have cake for dessert.  Come ready to cook, eat, and make new friends around the table. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy during class.
