Pappardelle & Pesto

We’ll focus on the art of how to roll out pappardelle pasta & how to create a delicious pesto to pair it with. Once we’ve made our noodles, we’ll sit down and enjoy them together two ways: tossed in a bright pesto and finished in a rich brown butter. Well also prepare a salad, focaccia, and have cake for dessert.  Come ready to cook, eat, and make new friends around the table. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy during class.
