Whether you're a pasta newbie or have taken our Pasta 101 class, this 2.5-hour class is perfect for anyone eager to dive deeper into the art of fresh pasta. Together, we'll mix, roll, and cut dough, creating delicious ravioli from scratch. Some dough will be pre-prepped so you can focus on the fun part—crafting and filling your pasta with ease. Expect a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where we laugh, learn, and share our love for pasta. For those 21 and older, wine will be available throughout the class to enjoy as we cook and socialize.
